  • Swallow Hill Lavender will return all Swallow Hill branded products purchased in our farm shop or online at any time and for any reason. Keeping the original sales receipt will enable a refund in the original form of payment. Refund requests without a receipt will be offered a store credit for the purchase price. Online purchases will be refunded to your card minus any shipping charges once the merchandise has been returned to Swallow Hill Lavender. Merchandise must be returned in original unused condition.

  • Backorders may happen from time to time. We will prioritize filling these orders and an email will be sent when the items are shipped.

  • We are currently shipping for $11 on orders $25 and under and $17 for orders up to $50. Free shipping for orders over $50.  We will send an email with payment confirmation, order summary and tracking when the items ship. We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • Items must be purchased prior to December 15 to fulfill and ship in time for holiday arrival.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and shipped given all items are in stock at the time of your purchase.

Am I allowed to bring my pet(s) to the farm?

To maintain the pristine condition of our farm, we kindly request that no pets be brought onto the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the preservation of the lavender fields and uphold the tranquil atmosphere enjoyed by all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain this beautiful environment.

Do you charge an admission fee?

There is no admission fee to visit the farm, but certain activities and workshops may have associated costs.

Can I pick my own lavender?

We offer U-Pick lavender during the blooming season, typically from late June to early August. Please check our social media for updates.

Do you host events or private parties?

At this time, we are not hosting large events or parties, however you can contact us through our contact form to discuss any events or questions you have in particular.
